Team Leader Sales Support

Western Union is seeking a Team Leader Sales Support to lead a team of Sales Support Specialists, supporting the sub-region with back-office administration of the sales process, agent lifecycle management, regional sales initiative management and regional data analytics. The role reports to the Regional GM and requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and project management methodology knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred
• 2+ years experience, preferably in the financial services sector with experience of working in sales supporting functions (reporting, setup, analytics)
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional project teams
• Ability to take a strong leadership role in implementing global ways of working to support organizational objectives and business successes
• Substantive understanding of project management methodology
• In depth knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and working understanding of Salesforce preferred
