Job Description
Westfalia Fruit is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Expert for an interim 6-month contract within their UK headquarters. The role will focus on improving service levels, optimizing inventory, gaining control over demand and supply, and establishing S&OP processes. The expert will work closely with global supply chain teams and provide data-driven support to ensure alignment and compliance with best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in high velocity FMCG
- Demonstrated experience in setting up Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP processes
- Ability to explain supply chain and S&OP concepts to teams
- Build simple tools / dashboards
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills
- Fluency in English (C1 level or above)
- Experience in change management
- Stakeholder management skills
