Job Description
Westfalia Fruit is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead category strategy within their packaging, MRO, and indirect categories across Europe. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and driving profitability through performance and collaboration. This is a hybrid position with a strong emphasis on strategic decision-making and influencing execution within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic procurement or category management.
- Demonstrable success in leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
- Fluency in English (C1 level or above) with strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with procurement systems.
- Strategic thinking and experience with supplier partnerships.
- Fluency in French (desirable).
