Job Description
The Maintenance Mechanic performs all necessary interior and exterior facility repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, window, and lock work. Keeps facility in working order using troubleshooting techniques and performing repairs as necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with English and Math skills required
- Two (2) years mechanical experience and experience with floor care equipment and procedures necessary
- Valid NYS Driver license & clean record required
