We are seeking a Houseman (Custodial Floor Care) to join our team at Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

• Clean and maintain floors, carpets, walls, windows, and fixtures
• Handle waste collection and emergency spills
• Move furniture and assist with event setups
• Report maintenance issues and equipment needs
• Use professional cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Support a safe, sanitary, and positive environment for all
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Flu-Vaccinated
• Preferred: COVID-19 Vaccinated
