- Discuss with business owners to discover, analyze and define business requirements
- Work closely with project team to design the processes for solution deployment
- Participate in software implementation process according to requirements
- Support colleagues and provide guidelines on the use of ERP
- Proactively identify and resolve problem
- Provide feedback on developing new functionalities and improving existing, according to organizations’ needs
