Job Description
Weston & Sampson, a 100% employee-owned environmental and infrastructure consulting firm, is seeking a Project Manager for highway/roadway design projects. This role involves leading teams in transportation projects, securing client assignments, and managing budgets and client relationships. The position requires a BS in Civil Engineering or MS in Civil Engineering, and experience with AutoCAD and Bentley MicroStation.
Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in highway/roadway design
- Licensed Professional Engineer in MA (or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months)
- Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D a plus)
- Experience with Bentley MicroStation (InRoads/OpenRoads a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and organization and time management skills
