Bank Manager - Castle Plaza, Edwardstown

We're looking for a Bank Manager to lead our Castle Plaza branch and inspire a team of customer service, sales and business specialists to deliver an exceptional banking experience. As a Bank Manager, you'll be responsible for holding financial, risk and operational accountability, and driving customer acquisition, service and retention.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience in a Retail Banking environment
• Proven experience of holding accountability for risk and compliance, staff performance and customer experience
• High-energy and ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Experience of working to fulfil business performance targets and spur growth
• Ability to effectively de-escalate and address challenging situations by using strong communication and problem-solving skills
