Job Description
This role is for an Expert Lead Marketing Controlling (m/f/d) within the Finance team. You'll be responsible for maximizing marketing investment return through data-driven insights and strategic planning. This is a permanent position based in Munich, ideal for someone with 7+ years of experience in marketing performance management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing performance management or marketing controlling within e-commerce, omnichannel retail or D2C businesses
- Deep expertise in marketing ROI modelling, KPI analysis and cost optimisation across markets and channels
- Proven ability to link marketing performance to profitability, shareholder value and strategic growth
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Track record of driving process improvements and fostering a culture of cost efficiency
