Job Description
WGI is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect/Site Planner to join their Land Development team in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, or Port Saint Lucie, Florida. This role involves developing site plans for land use entitlement and permitting processes in Florida and southern US, utilizing knowledge of water, utilities, parking, and landscape areas. WGI prioritizes teamwork, technology investment, and employee growth.
Requirements
- Development of site plans from concept through construction.
- Modification of drawings based on input from Design Manager.
- Research and review of local land development regulations.
- Design of plans including knowledge of water conveyance and utility easements.
- Presentation of design information to senior management and other team members.
- Collaboration with consultants during design phases.
- Experience using computer software programs including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
