Job Description
WGSN is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join their client retention team, focused on helping clients understand and utilize their products. The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They are a fast-paced, results-oriented team with a global presence and an international ethos.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German (ideal)
- Exceptional customer service experience, ideally within Fashion
- Strong attention to detail, excellent presentation and organisational skills.
- Fluency in English and German (ideal)
- Experience with Microsoft/Google suite is essential
- Understanding of the product design cycle and retail/lifestyle trends is desirable
