Join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe, as a Partnerships Manager. Drive business growth and foster deep partnerships with sellers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and learnings from sellers. Develop and nurture strong seller relationships to support the business through a consultative approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in strategic partnerships, business development, partnership development, client services, and/or account management function
- Data-Driven Approach: able to go extremely deep into your sellers' data, analyze performance, and understand how to leverage insights to help them improve
- Salesforce, Gong, Sigma proficiency: expertly manage accounts and workflows using Salesforce, Gong, Sigma, and adjacent tools to create visibility, automate routines, and inform data-driven decisions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong functional relationships based on trust and strong business judgement
- Project management discipline: apply rigorous project management practices—scope, timeline, risks, and communications—to run various concurrent projects effectively
- Stakeholder engagement: build trust and alignment with internal and external stakeholders through structured updates, proactive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
