Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high growth startups
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Backend expertise with Python, Elixir, and/or Postgres
- Ownership mindset and ability to own projects holistically
- Product instinct and ability to translate user needs to technical solutions
- Problem solving skills with creativity and autonomy
- Team leadership skills with ability to improve team environment and foster inclusive culture
