The Payments - Treasury team is responsible for global payments and transactions, and the role requires 7+ years of software development experience building scalable systems for millions of users.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Excellent product instincts
• Designed complex distributed systems for products used by millions of users
• Seasoned in defining technical roadmap and leading cross-team solutions
• Can identify, architect, and build systems to improve business
• Deeply understands trade offs in decisions
• Enable collaboration across teams to deliver on cross-team initiatives
• Mentor others and prioritize building inclusive teams
• Strong ownership instincts and can own projects from inception to production to maintenance
• Ship high quality products and features quickly and iteratively
• Excellent problem solver and can work with new technologies
• Experience working with payment systems, infrastructure, and international commerce (nice to have)
• Startup experience at a high-growth company (nice to have)
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages (Python, Elixir, JavaScript)
