Requirements
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups, specifically supporting engineering teams
- Ability to evaluate candidates for a range of technical roles and levels
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, managing candidates through interviews, and closing
- Strong relationships with hiring managers and ability to provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Ability to nurture and build relationships with passive talent
- Understanding of the tech landscape and ability to paint the picture of how working at Whatnot stacks against other top companies
