Job Description
Wheely is a luxury ride-hailing company looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to design and develop user interfaces for its customer-facing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, agile mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Software Engineer, Frontend / Frontend Engineer / Frontend Developer role.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Browser APIs.
- At least 3 years of experience with TypeScript, React, Redux or alternative state management libraries (e.g. MobX).
- Experience with performance optimization, maintainability, and rich UI design.
- Experience with SaaS, PostCSS, and modern build tools such as Webpack or their alternatives.
- Experience with automated testing, such as end-to-end tests (Playwright, Selenium), UI/Component tests (e.g. using Jest), or snapshot tests.
- STEM (technical) degree.
