Job Description
Wilderness Medical Staffing is a leading locum tenens healthcare staffing agency. The Recruiter role is responsible for recruiting medical providers and shepherding them through the screening and onboarding process. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful difference in rural healthcare and has experience in medical provider recruiting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the medical provider recruiting required
- Experience keeping regular and detailed documentation
- Track record of success in previous positions
- Excellent computer skills and experience including Microsoft Office, ATS/CRM software
