Job Description
The Aquatheater Captain oversees guest seating and cleaning operations for our popular sea lion programs. This seasonal position requires a friendly, energetic individual who excels in crowd management, remains calm and patient under pressure, and is skilled at assisting guests while upholding NYA standards.
Requirements
- Lead guest seating operations at the Aquatheater
- Collaborate with key members of the Animal, Education, Security, and Visitor Services teams
- Contribute to B&G tasks, including cleaning and litter removal, crowd control, and event setup and breakdown
