Job Description
Warehouse Associates are good team players and support the Warehouse and Shipping and Receiving Departments. They are responsible for sorting and placing materials, assisting with shipping and receiving, and providing excellent service to guests.
Requirements
- Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences
- Assisting with shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and distributing to sales associates
- Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas
- Assisting in the counting of physical inventory
- Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- Providing excellent service to guests
- Occasionally driving New York Aquarium vehicles to other parks and locations as needed
- Completing other assignments and helping others on the team as required
