Distillery Operator - (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00PM - 7:00AM)

This full-time position within a Distillery involves operating production equipment, following protocols, and maintaining accurate records. Operators are responsible for all aspects of distilling, from receiving grain to filling barrels, and must maintain a safe and organized work environment. They will support team members and operate automation controls with the guidance of a Master Distiller.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• High School diploma required
• One year of relevant experience in related field
• Comfort communicating and collaborating
• Comfort with multitasking and initiative
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word is preferred
