Working in Technology (WiT) Application Development - Summer 2026

Join William Blair, a premier global partnership, as a Working in Technology (WiT) Application Development intern for the summer of 2026. The 10-week internship program is designed to promote technology careers among high-performing individuals from underrepresented backgrounds in the technology space.

Requirements

• Develop, test, and implement software enhancements to existing and new systems
• Gather requirements and conduct analysis for application development and testing
• Work with development tools such as C#.NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Angular, Vue, SSIS, Active Batch, Azure DevOps
• Assist the team in conducting data and systems analysis and reporting using Microsoft PowerBI
• Apply coding standards; follows promotion, testing, and other department standards
• Communicate issues to the Project Manager and implement issue resolutions where needed
