This role focuses on trust & estate litigation, commercial litigation (with bankruptcy), and construction litigation. Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Member of The Florida Bar in good standing.
- Significant trial experience with first-chair jury trial work.
- Experience in trust & estate litigation, commercial litigation (with or without bankruptcy), and construction litigation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
