Job Description
Williamsburg Landing seeks a Part-Time Security Officer to respond to resident needs and emergencies, monitor and respond to alarms, maintain traffic control, and investigate accidents, injuries and disturbances.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current Commonwealth of Virginia Driver's License required
- Ability to read & write clearly in English; ability to speak clearly over the phone/hand-held radio
- Ability to climb stairs, get in & out of a motor vehicle unassisted, ability to stand & walk for long periods of time
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and reach during the normal course of the day
- Ability to complete the Department Field Training Program within 30 days of hire
- Ability to obtain a CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
