Job Description
TELUS Digital and Google CES are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Leader to grow the implementation services for Google CES products within contact center environments. This role will focus on go-to-market efforts, partnership development, and driving customer success in the cloud contact center space. The position requires a sales leader passionate about cloud solutions and digital transformation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CCaaS sales experience (some experience with Google CES)
- Strong knowledge of Google CES and the broader cloud contact center landscape
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship-building skills
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment and negotiations
