Tax Analyst

The Tax Analyst will prepare tax work papers, federal, state and Canadian income tax returns, and assist in coordinating and presenting accounting for income taxes for financial reporting. They will also perform quarterly and year-end analysis, develop and prepare forecasts, and support income tax audits.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business discipline such as Accounting
• 1-3 years of Public Accounting or large corporation tax experience
• CPA preferred
• MST a plus
• Knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP income tax provision principles
• Knowledge of US Federal, state, local and international income tax rules
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrate ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, coordinate projects and develop and implement solutions to income tax related business issues
• Proficient in excel and be able to analyze data
• Knowledge of OneSource compliance, OneSource provision and SAP software preferred
