We are seeking an Employment & Labor Associate to join our San Francisco office. This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement and represents sophisticated clients with complex legal challenges.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Experience with wage and hour class action, FEHA claims, and PAGA representative matters
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws
- Superior analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
