Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our high-performing litigation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to defend complex cases in general liability, premises liability, personal injury, tort claims, and a variety of other areas.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 3+ years litigation experience, including general liability, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense
- Experience in trucking-related litigation, construction/labor law, and/or transportation matters is highly preferred
- Understanding of NY Construction Law (Labor Law §§200, 240, 241) and experience with OSHA proceedings are a plus
