Job Description
We are seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our Washington D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have strong background handling litigation matters and understand applicable regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases and provide sound counsel to clients.
Requirements
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Washington D.C. and either Maryland or Virginia
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Experience with litigation involving general liability, medical malpractice, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance preferred
- Drafting discovery and pretrial motions experience is a must
- Superior analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Sophisticated technical skills necessary
- Experience handling court appearances, depositions, and trial experience a plus
