Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking an Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Attorney with experience handling insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters to work with a collaborative group of experienced coverage/coverage litigation attorneys.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada
• 5+ years coverage/coverage litigation experience
• Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.)
• Experience in either or both third-party and first-party claims
• Coverage analysis and writing experience
• Superior analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
