Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking a Transportation Litigation Associate Attorney to work on cases related to transportation laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and transportation sector experience.
Requirements
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of New York
- 3-8 years of general casualty litigation experience
- Transportation and logistics experience preferred
- Deposition and motion practice experience required
- Trial experience preferred
