Legal Secretary -

Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking a Legal Secretary to join a leading litigation team in Boston. The position involves preparing legal filings, managing documents, and providing administrative support to attorneys.

Requirements

• 3+ years Litigation experience, familiarity with insurance defense a plus
• Familiarity with court procedures and e-filings in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based setting
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and typing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
