Office I / Customer Service

Wilsonart is looking for an Office I/Customer Service representative to work with customers, enter electronic orders, answer phone calls, and perform various tasks. The position requires data entry skills and ability to work under direct supervision.

Requirements

• Skill in resolving routine questions and problems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook
• Skill in data entry (10 key)
• Ability to follow directions, take notes, and self-start
• Ability to work under direct supervision
• Ability to multi-task, while staying organized
