Commercial Team Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join our Adults Commissioning Team as Commercial Team Manager. This role involves leading a team of Brokerage Team Leaders, Brokerage Officers, CPLI Assessment Officers and Business Support, and developing strategies, policies and processes for the brokerage function.

Requirements

• Strong commercial awareness
• Expert knowledge of social care policy and legislation
• Significant experience in commissioning or procurement within health and social care
• Proven track record in leading complex programmes, managing budgets, and building partnerships across sectors
• Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills
