Employment Specialists

We're looking for an Employment Specialist to support people to find and keep paid employment, build strong relationships with local employers, and provide ongoing in-work support.

Requirements

• Experience supporting people into work, ideally with complex needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of employment practices
• Ability to motivate and guide participants
• NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent experience)
• Good understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion
