Job Description
We're looking for a Community Manager to build Wincent's presence in the CEE region, connect with top universities and talent, and manage community initiatives.
Requirements
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading universities and student organizations
- Identify and participate in key events, such as competitions, conferences, and meetups
- Manage budgets for sponsorships, events, and community projects
- Track, measure, and report on community activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize messaging and outreach
- Scout and connect with exceptional individuals and introduce them to Wincent
- Design creative campaigns to make Wincent known and respected in the tech and math communities
