Senior Trading Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Trading Operations Specialist to join our Settlements team and help us establish processes and best practices to manage our growing business. As a key member of our team, you will own settlements end-to-end, set high standards for accuracy and reliability, and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in settlements, finance ops, or treasury
• Experience in crypto is a plus
• Eagle-eye for numbers
• Ability to function independently
• Ability to design processes that scale without hand-holding
• Ability to kill bad data on sight and fix root causes
