Job Description
Wincent is a leading crypto trading firm with over $5B in daily trading volume. The Trading Operations Manager will lead the team responsible for trade bookings, P&L management, reconciliations, and settlements, focusing on 24/7 operation, efficient capital management, and secure setup. This role involves supervising liquidity, margin, collateral, and capital allocation, and automating processes to improve visibility and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Trading Operations, Settlements or similar role
- Experience with process automation and optimization
- Experience with leading a global team
- Resourceful with multiple team to secure consensus on improvements
- Quick thinker with a natural affinity for numbers
- Diligent and highly detail-oriented
- Able to prioritize efficiently
- Skeptical and curious, asking questions
- Fluent in English
