Job Description
Windermere Real Estate is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of single-family and commercial properties across Washington and Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a current WA or OR Managing Brokers Real Estate License and 7+ years of experience in the industry.
Requirements
- Current Managing Broker license in Washington or Oregon (or both)
- 7+ years property management experience
- Experience with single-family portfolios and/or commercial properties
- Strong financial acumen (budgets, variance reports, NOI planning)
- Proven background managing multiple sites or regions
- High-level understanding of WA/OR landlord-tenant regulations
- Valid driver’s license + willingness to travel regionally
- Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar preferred
