Regional Property Manager

Windermere Real Estate is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of single-family and commercial properties across Washington and Oregon. The role requires managing day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and leasing strategy, with opportunities for growth and long-term strategy.

Requirements

• Managing Broker License
• 7+ years property management experience
• Experience with single-family portfolios and/or commercial properties
• Strong financial acumen (budgets, variance reports, NOI planning)
• Proven background managing multiple sites or regions
• High-level understanding of WA/OR landlord-tenant regulations
• Valid driver’s license + willingness to travel regionally
• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar preferred
