Blockchain Engineer 区块链开发工程师

Mantle is hiring a Blockchain Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will research and build blockchain protocols, modules, technologies, and algorithms, and will be responsible for promoting technical experience sharing within the team and supporting the community through best communications and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1–5 years of work experience, with design and development experience in blockchain, distributed systems, or related areas
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, with the ability to quickly conduct POC (Proof of Concept) development and validation
• Proficient in programming languages such as Go and Rust; highly skilled in smart contract development using Solidity
• Extensive experience in cryptography and blockchain, familiar with mainstream blockchain platforms and their core algorithms
• Experience contributing to or developing on open-source blockchain projects (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Optimism) is preferred
• Fluent in Bilingual - English and Chinese
• Excellent research and self-motivation skills
