Job Description
We are hiring a Behavioral Program Director to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will oversee and direct the execution of the Behavioral Health Program, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure key performance indicators are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of direct experience working with the mentally ill, preferably severely mentally disordered patients
- 2+ years of experience in program supervision and staff management
- Experience with treatment planning, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience in a healthcare setting or behavioral health program
