Job Description
Windsor Communities is seeking an Apartment Service Technician II to join their Kennesaw, GA location. The role involves both core maintenance and responding to emergencies, requiring a commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to work a rotating call schedule. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance
- Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems
- Ability to use smart devices and property management software for record-keeping
- Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
- Enrolled in EPA Type II training
