Job Description
Successful Service Technicians can come from a variety of backgrounds and must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and ability using smart devices and property management software
