Resident Manager I

As the Resident Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of the community, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers, and fostering a strong sense of community. You will work closely with your direct manager and other teams to prioritize key areas such as move-in satisfaction, renewal acquisition, and resident engagement.

Requirements

• 2-3 years sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment
• Microsoft Office skills
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Three years related experience and/or training
• Knowledge of Funnel CRM and property management systems
