Job Description
We are seeking a Workforce Analytics Lead to build and manage the company's Shadow Layer, which powers utilization tracking, attendance health, and workforce stability. This role is responsible for creating data-driven workforce intelligence tools, automating performance reports, identifying at-risk talent, and ensuring operational leaders have real-time visibility into performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with Operations, Training, and HR.
Requirements
- Design and implement the Workforce Utilization Score
- Develop and maintain EOD bot analytics
- Build real-time dashboards to flag at-risk talent
- Create attendance risk algorithms
- Partner with Operations, Training, and HR to align data definitions
- Conduct data analysis
- Maintain data accuracy
- Generate workforce health reports
- Lead the Shadow Layer roadmap
- Promote automation and integration with existing tools
