Senior Planning Manager

Wing is looking for a Senior Planning Manager to join our Forward Logistics team based in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing inventory allocation and replenishment strategies, ensuring seamless product availability globally.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, allocation, inventory management, or a related operational role.
• 2+ years of proven experience directly managing people or managing a geographically dispersed team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven success in building, implementing, and scaling new planning processes and systems within a high-growth or ambiguous operational environment.
• Excellent knowledge of best practices in inventory planning, mulit-site inventory allocation, cost avoidance, and predictive analytics.
• Strong analytic skills, proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Advanced Planning Systems (APS), including data modeling and configuration.
• Demonstrated experience in working in a fast-paced and scaling operational environment with highly cross-functional teams, including but not limited to planning for launches in a global environment.
