Job Description
Winged Keel Group is seeking a Client Services Assistant to deliver excellent service to ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role involves a variety of tasks, including policy documentation, invoice processing, portfolio reviews, and client communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong follow-through skills.
Requirements
- Obtain policy values and forms from insurance carriers.
- Prepare premium invoices and policy summaries.
- Update and maintain client information.
- Understand and adhere to compliance procedures.
- Use Excel to prepare complex insurance portfolio reviews.
- Assist clients with questions about insurance portfolios.
- Understand income tax attributes of life insurance.
- Prepare split dollar reporting.
