Job Description
Wingspan Care Group is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to oversee and maintain all preventative maintenance programs for affiliate agencies. The role involves coordinating inspections, maintaining equipment logs, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient and safe operations. The Maintenance Foreman will act as a second set of hands and lead daily operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent with additional training in a skilled area
- Five years of experience in a maintenance capacity, with two years of supervisory experience
- Blueprint and schematic reading/interpretation preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license
