Job Description
The Centralized Support Assistant coordinates response to patient referrals, assists in the coordination of Indigenous Health-Cultural Initiatives course sessions, and receives and coordinates requests from within the WRHA and community. The role requires strong administrative skills, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Three years directly related experience
- Customer service or patient navigation experience will be considered an asset
- Experience scheduling and coordinating meetings required
- Previous health care experience preferred
- Experience with email and computerized calendars
