Job Description
The Proctor 3 provides services and supports to individuals experiencing multiple needs due to severe mental illness, requiring intensive input to maintain themselves in the community. The client and Community Mental Health Worker identify specific goals and activities for proctor involvement, in keeping with principles of consumer empowerment.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or GED equivalent
- Completion of formal mental health modules
- Two years volunteer/work related experience
